Following the purchase of a substantial amount of retired network cellular equipment, a CH Coakley telecom client needed a strategic plan to decommission and migrate numerous base stations from network sites in Ohio and Indiana to new markets in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
CH Coakley’s Telecom Logistics coordinated the equipment breakdown, removal and transport of the assets to a company-owned warehouse. Each unit was inspected and assigned to their intended sites and then stored until needed. When the time came for deployment, the equipment was packaged and delivered to the new cell sites.
The project, as navigated by CH Coakley Telecom Logistics, saved the client an ample amount of cost and time by not only making the purchase of reusable equipment possible, but by employing one company to complete the pickup, warehousing, and product delivery throughout the entire project.
