Coakley Secure Data Services Consultant to determine your unique needs and expectations. This information will be used to create a tailored media management program designed around your business. Your program, along with an efficient relocation of your media and data records, saves your business money by eliminating costly downtime and improving productivity in the future.

Step Two

When you feel the plan is ready and right for you, we begin implementation by scheduling your moving schedule at a time that is convenient to you and your needs. Since your goal is to minimize any down-time and make the transition as stress-free as possible, we make sure that you have everything you need and that all of your questions are answered ahead of time.

Step Three

When all or your data is packed and ready-to-go, our experienced, courteous staff will make a smooth transition of your data transfer. On the day of the move, we arrive at your facility on time and ready to go. We will pay attention to each and every detail - whether it's 100 or 100,000 CDs or tapes that we're moving. During this process, your files will be carefully inventoried with our unique bar-coding system that you can then access through our exclusive web-based software. Once the move is completed, you can access any data or media file at any time by simply accessing our web-based software. With just a few clicks, you can have us deliver the file you need to whoever needs it whenever they need it.
