Your C.H. Coakley Secure Data Services consultant will meet with you to determine your needs and expectations. With this information, we’ll create a tailored media management plan designed around your business. This includes relocation and retrieval of your data backups.
Step Two
Next, we arrange your moving schedule, proactively answering all of your questions for a seamless data move.
Step Three
Finally, it’s move day - the data transfer will take place. Whether your company has five or 5,000 backup tapes that we’re transporting, each will be inventoried with our bar-coding system that you can access through our web-based software. Once the data is in place, access to any and all of your files is just a click away, and so is peace of mind.
