Our Mayflower division warehouses, transports, sets up, and strikes your entire trade show, so you can work on marketing your business, not coordinating the installation and take-down of your booth.

Our transport team will work with you to design a custom plan to guarantee proper handling, secure transportation, and accurate set-up of your displays.

How it works

Our trucks are outfitted with specialized equipment for your particular display items. Your shipment is marked by our tracking system to provide you with the online tracking status and location of your trade show shipment while in route to its destination. Once delivered, our customer service team is able to set up your booth according to the predetermined floor plan so that you have time to greet your future clients.

After the tradeshow, your display will be dismantled, loaded for transport, tracked for online monitoring, and delivered back to the C.H. Coakley warehouse, or a location of your choice for storage until you need it again.
