• Examination: Taking the time to study the specific needs and challenges of each move is essential to a positive outcome. C.H. Coakley tailors a custom relocation plan to fit your project and budget by asking the right questions, listening to your needs and expectations, and keeping you posted every step of the way.
• Education: We believe that teaching our clients about their move will help empower them to take charge of their relocation. Preparing clients for the move ensures organization, properly packed assets for safe transport, and the least amount of downtime. C.H. Coakley offers a number of useful educational tools such as office relocation guides, presentations, relocation checklists, and moving detail sheets. These tools, combined with experienced moving teams, set the stage for a seamless moving experience.
• Execution: Time to move – you’ll be ready. Our knowledgeable staff will be prepared to move your company, whether it is over one day or one month. Your company will have a C.H. Coakley move coordinator before, during, and after your move. This person is responsible for ensuring the entire relocation flows smoothly, covering details such as placing all building and asset protection in place, checking all equipment needed is on site, and sees that your questions and requests are handled properly and professionally. With effective color coded labels, the experienced crew can properly place your office contents into its new location without a hitch.
• Evaluation: Reviewing your move after the relocation is finished, is beneficial for both of us. C.H. Coakley’s job isn’t over until the client is satisfied. Finishing up the details, reviewing inventory, and helping place your items exactly where you want them, is what we take pride in.
