– Office Relocation Guides
Each office relocation guide is custom tailored for each individual and his/her office furniture and equipment. This guide provides your employees with critical information such as when their specific office move will take place, who is packing the items and moving the items, and who is responsible for unpacking these items in the employees new space. This valuable form also eliminates last minute confusion by providing critical answers to the common last minute questions and concerns.

– Relocation Checklists
For a move to go smoothly, Coakley/Mayflower puts together a checklist of vital last minute to-do's. Clients can easily eliminate problems ahead of time by simply reviewing the checklist and ensuring that all tasks are taken care of properly. For example, ensuring that elevators and key doors are unlocked on the day of the move, or that all waste and debris is removed from offices.
– Relocation Sheets
Each relocation sheet includes a room layout. This critical guide helps our Coakley/Mayflower team set up a new office space to our clients liking, thus minimizing the downtime of your employees.
– Relocation Logistic Sheets
This form ensures that our clients know what will happen, when, and by whom. Each logistics form includes vital contact names and contact information, schedules for equipment delivery, pick up and installation, plus other critical information necessary for a smooth move.

These three shelved carts allow for the packing of your computers and sensitive electronics. Each shelf has an anti-static Styrofoam pad to reduce shifting and vibration during their relocation. Once packed, our crew carefully secures these items with anti-static stretch wrap.
